This activity presents a rich variety of opportunities for interactive communication and skill building. Students deepen their knowledge of fundamental concepts and strengthen connections with peers while building valuable online communication skills. Navigating group discussions and decision-making, cooperation, and presenting an informed perspective are all supported and further developed within this engaging two part activity.

In part 1, students work in small groups via Google Docs to articulate a response to a given prompt. They will use their knowledge of key concepts and use their critical thinking skills as they come to a group agreement on their shared response.

In part 2, each group posts their response on a Padlet board and then each students engages as an individual with the board in an interactive and dynamic activity.
